Ronald Striguns is now in charge of this restaurant in the Dome Hotel & Spa, Latvia's only Relais & Château. He prepares a fine cuisine that emphasizes the natural flavors of local products and revisits seafood (scallops, catch of the day...). The wine list is compiled by Latvia's top sommelier, Roberts Brencēns. The restaurant's pleasantly decorated dining room features live piano music in the late afternoon on weekends.
