Here, we promote local products and especially cheese, the king of the place. Jacqueline Coulaud remains faithful to the local cheeses (Saint-Nictaire Fermier, Cantal, salers, gaperons, artisons) and to the honey from Velay, while the blue cheeses come from Gex, the PDO Roquefort from the Caves Baragnaudes...
