This restaurant, nestled in a former chapel whose architecture and pictorial elements have been preserved, offers traditional local cuisine, using market produce and meats of French origin. Take a seat in the 14th and 16th century vaulted dining room, covered with murals recounting the town's medieval and Renaissance history, and sample the foie gras terrine, scallop clafoutis with fennel seed, pan-fried foie gras cassolette, and finish with a chestnut cream fondant.
