Family brewery offering home-made gourmet recipes in Le Puy-en-Velay.

A family and friendly brasserie as we like them! Audrey welcomes us in a friendly atmosphere, while her husband Olivier is cooking. We feel at home while savouring the generous and greedy recipes: aligot-saucisses, braised ham, grilled andouillette or duck breast. The trifolle (potato in Occitan) accompanies all the dishes. And everything is home-made. Lovers will enjoy the plate of Marennes-Oléron oysters and a glass of white wine. And also with attractive formulas.
