This shop specializes in artisanal cured meats made with pork from the Haute-Loire (except for the flavored sausages, made with French pork). In 2018, it received (among others) the gold medal at the Paris agricultural competition for the dry sausage from Auvergne IGP. You'll also find a savoury and sweet delicatessen section, cheeses (including the organic artisous farm cheese from Mézenc), a selection of Auvergne and Ardèche wines, liqueurs, aperitifs and regional beers, as well as a section of artisanal syrups.

Open Monday from 8.30am to 7pm; Tuesday to Saturday from 8am to 7pm. Low season: Sundays from 8am to 12pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm. High season: Sundays from 8am to 12pm.
