Small hotel on a corner of Bourbon Street, ideal for long stays, with small houses and a pool
Located one block from Bourbon Street and three from Canal Street, this small hotel is perfect for extended stays. Its 17 units all have full kitchens, from cutlery to dishwashers, and some have two bedrooms. Three small 19th-century houses (from former slave quarters) border a pool and spa in the backyard. For parking, you can reserve your spot online in advance at Premium Parking, located just steps away at the corner of Dauphine and Iberville streets.

I wanted to like this place given the high google maps ratings but was disappointed that I booked it and wouldn’t recommend it to a friend — especially given the cost. To be fair, there are some good things: large room, kitchenette, 4 poster king bed, interesting quirky historic building, close to good restaurants, and the AC works well. But the bad outweighs the good: dreadful / non-existent service (not even a hello on arriving just a weary “check in?”), tired and random furniture throughout, room decor dreary and under-lit, little things helpful to travelers missing like tissue and a luggage stand (we used the floor), low quality in-room coffee, and it gets quite loud on weekends given it fronts Dauphine Street cars “blasting out”

We absolutely love it here. An amazing hidden gem in the Quarter.

The executive king room is amazing, like having our own apartment right in the heart of the French quarter. Very clean. Great hotel staff. Easy to walk everywhere. My only complaints would be the water pressure is non-existent, but I imagine with old plumbing it's hard to fix that. And the room has very tall windows with only blinds, no curtains, so it's bright when the sun rises.

The room was beautiful! However, it was really cold in NOLA the time I was there and the downstairs was freezing. If I turned up the heat to warm the downstairs the top floor was extremely hot. Great location. It was easy to get around. The staff is very friendly and other than the temperature I had a great time.
