This commune is crossed by many hikers. It is indeed located at the crossroads of several hiking trails: the Stevenson Trail (GR®70), the Regordane Trail (GR®700), the trail of the Allier Gorges (GR®470) and the Tour of the Velay volcanoes (GR®40). Remnant of its central position between Le Puy and Langogne, the old railroad is now transformed into a velorail. The village has many vernacular vestiges, fountains, wash houses, ovens... Its church, dating from the 12th century, is now classified as a historical monument. Since 2001, the "Petit Bois des Enfants" (Children's Wood) has been created, a tree is planted there for each birth of a child.
