Located not far from Piazza Duomo, in a small and quiet street, this restaurant offers ancient Sicilian cuisine. Try the spaghetti cà muddica (anchovies, breadcrumbs), the penne Donna Lola (tomatoes, zucchini, salted ricotta), the spaghetti turiddù (capers, anchovies, tomato filet, breadcrumbs). Or the orange salad, the tuna cà cipudolata (with red onions), the suckling pig fillet with spicy sauce, etc. Add a charming welcome and a quality wine list to enjoy a nice portion of Sicilian culture. Pleasant terrace.

A gem of a spot, hidden away down an alley, which fortunately for us, made it quiet and intimate. The service was perfect, the swordfish ravioli and the macaroni norma was a delight. There was care put into all aspects, including the space. Definitely a recommend.

Il locale era carino, gli antipasti buoni mente gli spaghetti alle vongole hanno un po’ deluso visto che erano completante slegati e sembravano più degli spaghetti all’olio con qualche vongola in mezzo.
Il personale di sala si vedeva che aveva fretta di andarsene visto che hanno iniziato a ritirare i piatti mente alcuni di noi stavano ancora finendo di mangiare. Inoltre, chiedendoci se avessimo voluto un dolce, ci hanno detto che il tortino al cioccolato non era disponibile, casualmente proprio l’unico dolce che richiedeva qualche minuto per la cottura e preparazione.
