Attention, c'est très sportif et intense. Se déplacer ( monter et descendre) sur ces pierres de lave n'est pas aisé. Il faut avoir les chevilles bien solides. Ça glisse et c'est très salissant ( attentions aux baskets blanches qui deviennent toutes couvertes de noir).
Mais arrivés tout en haut, quelle vue! On se trouve au dessus des nuages, tout en haut des cratères. Quasiment aucune faune ou flore. Nous avons, en plein mois de juin, découvert, tout au sommet, une grande colonie de coccinelles ....au milieu de nulle part, sur les pierres de lave noires....
