Breve soggiorno ai primi di gennaio 2024, poco prima della chiusura di stagione. Lasciare la nebbia e la pioggia dell'aeroporto di Malpensa alle sei del mattino per ritrovarsi in un paesaggio di ulivi e muretti a secco, avvolta dalla calda accoglienza dell'Eremo, è stato decisamente rigenerante per lo spirito. Ottima posizione per spostarsi nelle meraviglie barocche dei dintorni. Ambiente raffinato e tranquillo. Colazione assortita e cena alla carta curatissima. Ospitalità superba. Consigliatissimo. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!
