This market starts via Sant'Agostini with stalls of cheap clothes (from Asia), continues via Cappuccinelle with fabrics and products for the home, and ends at Porta Carini with stalls of fruit, vegetables, cheese, meat and fresh food products. It is cheaper than the very authentic Vucciria. It is the ideal place to taste the famous arancini, potato fritters, chickpeas, and other local or... Asian specialties in front of small dedicated stands.

Small traditional food market. For the record, its name comes from the French word "boucherie"! Beyond the rustic meat stalls and meaty sandwiches that you can devour on the go, you can actually find everything: fish (you can come face to face with a huge swordfish ready to be cut up), fruit, vegetables and clothes. Junk is also present in the little alleys around Piazza Carraciolo. High in colour, noise and smell, it closes its doors at nightfall.
