A classy table, with elegant white tablecloths and dishes with a refined aesthetic, without being stilted in the heart of the Kalsa. The plates are spectacular. Typical Sicilian cuisine revisited, to discover the Palermo flavours in particular, raw or cooked. Fish fillet in sweet and sour honey sauce with red onions, raisins and dried apricots, or a carpaccio of scottona, a meat from a heifer of the best Italian breed, renowned for its tenderness, marinated in lemon-lime with mushrooms and plums.

Soffice zucca and tonnarello chiaro scuro are must try dishes for me. Service is also great. Every dish we had was delicious! Area is also an emerging zone and a must visit for tourists.

Excellent food and service. Soup of the day was fantastic. They arranged simple pasta for the kids as per our request. Recommended.

Il giorno 16 marzo 24 tramite the fork ho prenotato un tavolo per 6 persone per Pasqua ricevendo mail di conferma. Giorno 27 marzo mi arriva mail che mi comunica la non accettazione da parte del ristorante della prenotazione. Contattato il proprietario, lo stesso mi riferiva che puo’ succedere e che avrebbe rimediato al disguido cercando una soluzione. Per 2 giorni di fila sono stato rassicurato aspettando un cenno di conferma. Volevo segnalare che, non solo non ho avuto una risposta di cortesia, inoltre il proprietario sicuramente non sa trattare con la clientela ed eccelle per cafoneria. Posto sconsigliato a tutti.
