Avis has bought Budget and Maggiore in Italy. So you find all three rental companies at the same address. The office in Via Crispi is easy to find, opposite the port in a district undergoing renovation. Here you can enjoy a warm welcome and top-notch service! One of the employees even speaks French very well. We make direct commercial proposals that are worth the offers on the Internet. Accuracy, kindness and a touch of humour that makes the transaction even more pleasant. Also an office at Palermo airport.

Je vais vous parler de Avis/Budget aéroport de Palerme. Un vrai scandale. J'avais loué une 3008 ou équivalent, il me donne une Kia Rio. Nous sommes 4 avec les bagages. Nous revenons le lendemain pour essayer d'avoir plus grand. On nous accorde une Ford Focus SW. Pas tout a fait pareil mais au moins tout rentre dans la voiture. Au retour on se fait facturer plus de 500 € de supplément soit l'équivalent du contrat de base. On a donc payé 1100 € à la place de 530€. Des gens pas sérieux, incompétents et qui n'ont aucun sens du client.
