In the heights of the city, the hotel occupies the site of the old fortress, built between 1739 and 1742 by order of Don Francisco Guemes de Forcasita, governor general of the island. It is worth mentioning that the view of Baracoa, the ocean and the surrounding mountains, is of great beauty. With about thirty air-conditioned and comfortable rooms, it is the best hotel in the area with the Porto Santo. Access to the swimming pool is authorized for non-residents (10 €, including 8 € of consumption). Numerous nature excursions are also offered.

Superbe vue depuis cette ancienne forteresse, chambres simples mais confortables (impossible de regarder la TV, écran brouillé), pour les repas aller en ville. Beaucoup de moustiques autour de la (belle) piscine c'est dommage

L 'hôtel perché tout en haut de la ville est bien situé et jouit d'une vue superbe. Belle petite piscine et le cadre est enchanteur. Préférer les restaurants du centre ville.

Bel hôtel avec psicine, dans une petit ville inoubliable, en particulier pour ses bars à Salsa le soir.
Mais aussi très joli de jour
Coté cuisine, pas extraordinaire. Préférer descendre en ville ( 300-400 m )
