Read moreIt is more or less a carbon copy of the Bodeguita del Medio in Havana, the famous bar where Hemingway used to come to drink his mojitos. Except that the Santa Clara version has much more space. The mojitos are good and highly recommended, but Bodeguita del Medio is also, without a doubt, one of the best places to eat in town. Classic Cuban dishes, well made and at a good price, are indeed served in the room after the bar (take a little sweater, the air-conditioning is on full blast!)

Read moreRestaurant in one of the only colonial residences of the city dating from the late th century. In its beautiful patio, the house has a chic mind. The card is rather average. Prices are indicated in national currency and not in CUC. Be careful to pay your meal to the equivalent of what is indicated on the Cuban peso card.
