The 3 rooms, from 2 to 3 people, are clean, and the house has a garden, a kitchen (a certain advantage to lighten the restaurant budget) and a complete equipment (heating, air conditioning, fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, iron, hair dryer…). And all this easily accessible by metro. Certainly good value for money.
