They're not the best cookies in New York (that title goes to Levain Bakery), but they're still delicious and they have the advantage of being available late into the night. Whether it's dark or white chocolate, M&M's, raisin, snickers, peanut butter, the cookies are always served warm. And when the chocolate melts in your mouth, happiness is not far away! Je me suis arrêtée chez Insomnia pour manger un cookie, finalement je suis repartie avec une glace ! Tout est beau et très bon. Une adresse pas chère que je recommande.

Plusieurs boutiques réparties dans Manhattan avec des horaires extra-larges en cas d'un manque soudain de pépites de chocolat en pleine nuit (d'où le nom de l'enseigne). Le choix entre les différentes variétés étant difficile, les formules box m'ont permis de goûter à tous les parfums et d'en faire profiter toute la famille pour un achat de dernière minute à prix raisonnable (arrivés tous frais en France grâce au décalage horaire). Les cookies premium sont très bons mais à déconseiller à ceux qui surveillent les calories de près. Je recommande le cookie chocolat blanc macadamia si vous ne devez en goûter qu'un.
