Petit Futé's opinion on COCOTTE

Vintage plate 2020

Restaurant with inventive French-Spanish cuisine, created by chef Sébastien Pourrat in New York.

Serving a cuisine at the crossroads of France and Spain, Cocotte is a small wonder. Chef Sébastien Pourrat is as demanding in the supply as in the preparation of his dishes, which are simple, creative and tinged with an undeniable touch of the Southwest. From a fish à la plancha or gratinated mussels, we head towards a risotto marin or a solid beef steak, and conclude with a pie, or maybe a whipped cream and its vanilla cream. Relaxed atmosphere, excellent wines and finely crafted cocktails.
