Not to mention the many palaces and houses of remarkable style that have been methodically restored in recent years. It is also home to the Menga, Viera and El Romeral dolmens, as well as two natural monuments (El Torcal and the Peña de Los Enamorados), which were declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2016, a megalithic complex dating from 4,700 to 3,800 BC.
