An address where you can enjoy generous, family-style cuisine, all homemade with local produce.

The restaurant was taken over in April 2023 by Myriam and Jean, a couple from Vaucluse. The dining room is as welcoming as ever, with its exposed stone walls and wood-burning stove, not to mention the breathtaking view of the Mezenc bridge. On the menu, family-style cooking using local produce, with the finest Mézenc foie gras at the top of the list. Most of their suppliers are not far away, and here the menus change with the seasons. Everything is homemade, especially the bread, which is excellent. Hearty, tasty and well-presented plates. Lovely terrace.

Voici une adresse à retenir si vous êtes de passage dans ce petit village de haute Loire , sympathique patronne ch'ti qui saura vous conseiller pour la carte des vins...Petite air de camping car face au Meznc juste à coté du resto.

Un restaurant familial, et très bon
trouvé par hasard en recherchant des restaurants sur la localité de Chaudeyrolles (il n'y en a pas beaucoup...) nous avons opté pour la table de Vallès, et quelle joie !
Une patronne accueillante, un service ni trop long ni trop rapide, des mets délicieux, non seulement bons mais originaux, bref à recommander !
