Located 35 km east of Huelva, this city is the capital of the comarca of the condado de Huelva. A region where white, young and fruity wines are produced among the best of Andalusia. The city itself is worth a stop to discover this ancient capital of a Taifa kingdom and especially its historic center with its imposing walls of Almohad origin and its Roman bridge. Every year, in July and August, its theater and dance festival is considered one of the most important of the summer period.
