Fabrice Dumond left the Relais de Polignac to take over the concept of Olivier Pairon's farmhouse hamburgers. The bread is kneaded with raw flour. The themes of his burgers, to be enjoyed on the spot or to take away, change according to the seasons. He also offers a raclette version, and for fish lovers, a variant with smoked trout. Finish your meal with one of its delicacies: caramelized popcorn, a duo of chocolate chip muffins, or try the farmhouse tiramisu. The ice creams are homemade and offered in small pots.
