Chef Janice Wong, representative of the new generation of Singaporean pastry chefs, learned French pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She rode her whips, canopies and spatulas in a few restaurants in Singapore and Asia before opening this dessert bar. She relies on a shock team that serves her appetizing and very inventive creations until 2 a.m.! Another good idea is that cocktails and wines go well with sweet dishes. The only place to fill a hypoglycemic crisis in the evening.
