If we know Japanese cuisine well, we still don't know that Japanese people also excel in pastry making! With finesse, but also with techniques and flavours that are all Japanese, the chef de Flor revisits the classics of French pastry. Cakes are lighter, more aesthetic too. In short, it is difficult to resist. We love chocolate madeleines, financiers, Breton pucks or even cat tongues. Following the brand's success, two other establishments opened in the city, the last one in 2019 at the Mall Capitol.
