Small canteen in Chinatown, ideal for a quick lunch, and excellent choice! Specializing in homemade wheat noodles from Lanzhou in northern China, the chef uses traditional dough processing techniques dating back 4000 years! A succulent selection of pasta soups, ravioli (jiaozi) and xiaolongbao, fine, flat, hollow, broad pasta, there is something for everyone and they are of high quality. Small flatness, they charge you for the scented napkins, some people call them a tourist attraction...
