This gourmet restaurant is hosted by the National Museum of Singapore. A singular location and a colonial-chic setting with the best effect if you want to impress your better half. For those in the mood for a light starter: scallops, beef carpaccio or shrimp salad, but the more gourmet will opt for pan-fried foie gras or pigeon ravioli. As for the main courses, although the menu focuses on meat and poultry, there's plenty of room for fish, with sea bass and salmon. There's even a special menu for vegetarians.
