Spanish Restaurant-Bar, located in Tower 3 of Marina Bay Snds, Ola, whose kitchen is open to the public, is run by Peruvian chef Daniel Chavez, a student of Spanish chef Santi Santamaria. A la carte, tapas of course, calamarcitos, ceviche, piquillos, etc., paella with squid ink, octopus, Iberian pork, squid, but also a small grilled pig with orange caramel sauce, a treat! Desserts are to die for. A very good address that serves fresh produce and seafood cooked with refinement.
