Char is an institution and his move to a building belonging to the Lee clan allowed him to review his framework. It is now in a large industrial-style canteen that you eat your meals. The bulbs are bare, the chairs are made of metal, the tables of wood and the bar of stainless steel. The speciality is the siew tank, a lacquered pork roast, very fat and very lacquered. Disgust quickly grabs you after a few bites. The crispy pork belly, another delicacy of Cantonese cuisine, will raise your cholesterol levels dramatically.
