The sashimi and sushi of this new Japanese restaurant, more precisely a domburi like in Tokyo, will surprise you. The fish come directly from the Tokyo fish market and the chef selects only the finest and most precious: scallops, sea urchins, fatty tuna, sea bass, eel... The originality is brought by sauces such as vinegar mayonnaise which accompanies fatty tuna or truffle which enhances the sea bream. The chef uses truffle oil in a slightly abusive way that enhances many dishes.
