It is certainly in the top 10 of the most expensive restaurants in Singapore, 2 stars all the same. This restaurant proposes on its menu extraordinary dishes with exceptional products such as the "signature" dishes of the chef Tetsuya, the Hokkaido wagyu accompanied by wasabi and citrus fruits, the shrimp and sea urchin botany topped with caviar, the sea cicada with oxtail? Ingredients carefully selected and divinely prepared. Waku Ghin also has the distinction of having the largest sake cellar outside Japan.
