You've been sitting in the Swissôtel's2nd-floor lounges for ages, with a beautiful view over Marina Bay. If you're a fan of grilled meat and beef in particular, you're sure to appreciate the Black Angus Tomahawk, a piece of Australian meat matured for 70 days. This is the restaurant's specialty, along with the Aussie Burger served with crispy bacon. This address has already proved its worth in Hong Kong and is one of the city's top 5 steakhouses . A must, but at a price.
