Petit Futé's opinion on HILL STREET TAI HWA PORK NOODLE

This small street restaurant was one of the first to be distinguished from a button by the Michelin Guide. Opened in 1930, the facility first moved from Hill Street in 1990 and then to Chinatown in 2005. He has nevertheless kept the name of his origins to make sure that his fans find him. The original recipe of bak chor mee (pork minced with noodles) created by Tang Joon Teo, the founder, is still served. His son took over the reins without losing his audience.
