Chan Hon Meng, the sixty-something chef of this small restaurant, still hasn't returned. His Michelin-starred restaurant has made him a local star. While his chicken sales have almost doubled, the hours spent behind the stove have also increased. This establishment has become one of the cheapest in the world to be so honored. On the downside, expect a long wait.
