SUP yoga, or yoga on a Stand Up Paddle board, is growing rapidly throughout the world. Singapore with its outside temperature of over 30° and water around 28° is a good destination to get started. The board is stable enough to perform the yoga postures but keeping balance becomes more complicated. A posture that you master very well on land can be difficult on the water and cause you to fall. The muscular work is intensive and complete.
