The chef, Madame Maryati Martin, uses her family's traditional recipes to recreate the authentic taste of Indonesian cuisine. Amandari means "calm spirit", and it's this feeling that this restaurant strives to convey through its service and refined cuisine. The ingredients used in the dishes are rich and varied. The specialty here is the rice table, an assortment of several dishes based on chicken, meat, eggs, vegetables... The dishes are hearty and the terrace pleasant, with subdued lighting and relaxing bamboo.
