Located in the Fort district, overlooking the river, this small, unassuming establishment offers hearty, tasty dishes at reasonable prices. On the terrace or in the small dining room, you can sample Surinamese or Indonesian specialties such as kip pom, traditional bami or nasi, and refresh yourself with a beer or ginger juice. Pleasant welcome, and don't hesitate to ask for explanations on the menu (which is in Dutch). Simple and efficient, Parbo's best bet!

Très bon plan en effet. Il situé au bord du fleuve dans le petit quartier très calme à côté du fort Zeelandia (il est tout à gauche sur la photo). Etablissement tout simple dont la cuisine est bonne et pas chère, en particulier indienne (bami, nasi, etc...).
