A beach stand unlike any other! Here you'll find delicious cocktails, often coconut-based, flavored to order with the fruit of your choice. The rum is good and the coconut refreshing. To accompany this, you'll be able to try a Trinidadian specialty that's hard to find in restaurants: roast fish. This is a sar-like fish, stewed in a banana leaf and usually accompanied by toastedbreadfruit. Simply delicious.
