This four-day festival is an opportunity to learn more about the region's agricultural traditions. There are amusing theatrical performances, such as the corn harvest, the wedding of a peasant couple, the "Penitent of the Afterlife", or the famous "Duel du Tamarin"... All of this is accompanied by many lively contests, folk dances and typical music. And it's an opportunity to sample the cholesterol-rich culinary specialties of the Azuero peninsula.
