The communal areas are convivial and the kitchen clean and well-organized. Quiet and comfortable, it's the best value for money in the area. Reggie and Cherrie, the couple who set up the establishment, have painstakingly restored this elegant mansion, which dates back to Panama's independence (1903). The multilingual staff will provide you with a wealth of practical and tourist information on the city.

Bon endroit pour séjourner dans Casco Veijo pour un prix assez convenable pour le lieu (ici, tout est assez cher). Nous avions une chambre au deuxième étage donnant sur la rue, assez calme, quoique pas évident de dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger et la clim est un peu bruyante. Sinon, c'est un endroit sympathique avec des chambres agréables. Café disponible et gratuit à partir de 5h du matin et toute la journée. Personnel très sympathique.

An excellent address for me, one of the best hostels in Central America (in the cities, friendly, on, clean, located in the heart of Casco Viejo, the nicest district of Panama. Dormitories pleasant and well equipped, great cuisine (for those who like to cook the fish market is not far, 15min walk by the cinta will costera). A good plan for those seeking comfort and a quiet atmosphere (for the party directly in the hostel, there are other establishments).

The problem is that it is side of a squat, or they sell anything and who do bucan from morning to evening.
