This centrally-located restaurant welcomes local employees either on the terrace or in the large air-conditioned dining room. The menu is well-stocked, with a wide selection of starters, pastas and pizzas, as well as meat and fish specialties. The dishes are simple and healthy. For example, there's the traditional fillet of corvina, the fish that's found everywhere in Panama, and the locals come here to eat sancocho , which is said to be divine. It's customary to gather in front of large platters of grilled meat or "mariscos" to share.
