A great classic. This restaurant, open since 1983, is very popular with tourists to taste the Panamanian cuisine of the Interior. A good, hearty and typical cuisine, prepared with fresh and national products, and reasonable prices. The room is decorated with traditional objects, including an old wooden trapiche used to extract the juice from the sugar cane. The terrace on the street is covered with a traditional roof from the central provinces. Warm welcome from the staff. With its success, the company has 3 other restaurants in the capital.

The food is good, the portions more than enough and the prices are very reasonable. The only problem is that the service was very slow the times where we went. It must be patient. Well located Via Argentina, an avenue where many restaurants are found.
