There are two restaurants of this Peruvian franchise very famous in Latin America, in the San Francisco area and on the Causeway. A fusion cuisine with Andean and Japanese influences but also Mediterranean. One comes to taste here, dishes more or less raised with peppers(aji) which one finds in almost all the Peruvian dishes. The ceviche is a real dish in Peru (more elaborate than the Panamanian ceviche served in a glass), but don't limit yourself to that, the menu is well supplied and the plates nicely presented.
