Un endroit hors du temps,un accueil très chaleureux,comme on aimerait trouver plus souvent,une cuisine authentique,avec des produits du coin,concocté avec amour de l’entrée au dessert,par le chef ,un moment de convivialité et de partage. Mais quelle magnifique auberge … tout est parfait … le site, le lieu, la chambre, les repas digne d’un étoilé, la bonne cave … et surtout celui qui fait vivre ce lieu Alain et ses employés… accueillants, sympathiques, arrangeants, et même bien plus que ça … nous reviendrons les yeux fermés donc n’hésitez pas c’est une parenthèse enchantée à l’auberge de Teissieres….
