Sheikh Baldé, son of the Honourable Mamadou who made the famous place, both for his dishes and for his guitar performances. We come to Baldé above all to fill the stomach, pleasure of the palate, and spend a good evening. Relais 114 is one of these good places to enjoy shrimps, a lobster (on order), a leg or a carvery. Good pancakes in dessert. In the evening, when a group is planned, Baldé organizes original shows and traditional evenings. Sheikh also manages Keur Bintou.

Mid-November we placed a night at the Keur Bintou a friend. The atmosphere is exceptional, and we regretted unable to be several days! After having visited Fadiouth, Yacine warmly received us for dinner, then evening at the guitar. For the next day, he found us in our 5 minute program of the next day: road trip in Saloum, lunch, afternoon swimming, evening guitar, return carriage and dinner in Ndangane. All on a budget. Probably the most significant day of the stay. Do not stop in the Saloum without you with relais 114!

I went to the relais 114, which I know since 1999, this month January 2013, for a few days, I finally stayed 2 weeks!
The welcome was excellent, I found Yacine, which I had not revised since 2005, always smiling and good humour.
Delicious meal and peace, the Yacine evening takes its guitar and enchants us...
I also frequented one evening concert/orchestra, which must be regularly.
I left has several reruns in excursion to Yacine " a guide to the country that is known to corners that are not in the guides".
The rooms being demolished for renovation, I was placed with two steps, Keur Bintou,
inn overlook the lagoon, and a splendid view, alarm clock it is brilliant!
