Nice local restaurant, feet in sand and butt in a plastic chair. Filets sauce sauce or Tikinxic (cooked in aluminum and slightly spicy red sauce), accompanied by rice and salad, make fury. As well as the large base of mixed ceviche (octopus, squid and shrimps).

Bon petit resto sur la plage
Bon resto, bon rapport qualité prix. Pas trop cher même si situé sur la plage. Bon service.

Although the setting is friendly and attractions picture-postcard caribbean: tables set up on the beach and feet in the sand (beware of the numerous insects that will fly around your table during the meal). However, services, not very attractive, and the quality of the cuisine, very average even poor, are not: the ceviches (as a starter) are correct and copious, but my main course (fish fillet sauce with coriander) was very disappointing with my taste (overcooked fish and tasteless sauce). To crown it all, I was sick evening meal (without being safe if it were linked to lunch in this restaurant or dinner taken in my hostel…). Avoid.

Petit resto en bord de mer très agréable avec un cadre atypique. Les plats de poisson sont très bons. Attention, fermeture à 21h le soir.

Super restaurant on the beach, prime palm trees, which is useful to noon to protect yourself from the sun.
The restaurant is unpretentious, almost without fuss. The cuisine is typically Mexican and not very expensive (nothing to do with the traps tourists from the city centre). The excellent value for money, which is rare in Playa.
The only Downside, the decor is almost nonexistent, plastic chairs and the waiters are not very attractive.
In short, have made 4-5 restaurants in the area, I would really this restaurant, are informed that it is not a four - star, but it is sufficient.
PS: Try the margaritas, they are excellent!
We wanted to eat crayfish. restaurant should be avoided: the lobster too much were cooked: rubber!. feel to have eaten langourtes frozen and cooked with micro waves!!! (200 G for me and 300 G for my companion), the beach is nice but there is no light: you do not see what you eat, there is no drink; soft drinks are served in the bottle with a straw (bottles are not with the cap taken off in front of the client. for 2 crayfish, nachos for 1 people, 2 sodas and 1 margarita = 610 pesos. we were disappointed
