The restaurant at the Zoetry Villa Rolandi Hotel. A classic Isla Mujeres dining experience. The setting is elegant, the view of the sea spectacular. Refined international cuisine strongly inspired by Northern Italy and Switzerland. The homemade pastas and pizzas are a treat, as is the octopus carpaccio. Swiss-Mexican chef Daniele Müller trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. Come in the evening to enjoy the gourmet menu, because at lunchtime the restaurant only offers gourmet sandwiches and salads.
