Cancún has 22 km of white sand beaches for all tastes: calm waters, waves, crowded, festive or more quiet. They are in principle all public. Indeed, the law states that the 20 meters of beach from the shore cannot be privatized. Nevertheless, hotels often do not allow any access to them. Burlesque: the beaches are public and free of access, as long as you get there by sea... However, don't worry if you don't stay in a hotel in the area, several accesses are still available.
