The worthy heirs of the buronniers of yesteryear ripen more than a thousand cheeses here. They watch over them so that, during 3 to 18 months, the aromas develop under the golden rind. The 360 Brewery is open to visitors and offers an insight into the world of brewing and the Cantalien region. The visitor is invited to go down into the production area to understand how beer is born. The visit is accompanied by a tasting. Here, the desire is to defend a quality beer and the values of the Cantalien region. The choice is therefore made to use cereals from the Auvergne and water gushing from ancient volcanoes. The range extends from white, blond or amber beers to red or triple brown beers. With moderation !
