Hotel located in Mexico City with spacious rooms and common areas decorated in old style, offering all the comfort.

The best hotel on the Zócalo, with spacious rooms and tasteful decor. The hotel is housed in an Art Nouveau building constructed at the end of the 19th century. So as not to lose any of this history, the rooms and common areas are decorated in an old-fashioned style, albeit renovated to offer all modern comforts. If you can afford it, opt for a junior suite overlooking the Zocalo, which will let you experience all the magic of the historic center.

A magnificent well located hotel allowing you to see all of the centre on foot. It is also just a few minutes from the metro. That wonder to discover the magnificent glass roof on entering the hotel but also to each time we leave our room. Nice room, spacious, quiet because in the back, with a slightly retro bathroom. We had not left our credit card in depot and the second evening, returning, we had the vilaine surprised to note that the refrigerator was closed with key and that there was no more than a bottle of water available. Fortunately, there was a side a small shop where you can stock up, which in addition was much more economical. For a hotel of this class is a bit petty as everywhere else, we always had 2 water bottles at our disposal. We took our meals elsewhere, in Cardenal (breakfast) and Azul there Oro (dinner), a treat, to see comments. Pay attention to the check out however because we had charged unduly various alcoholic drinks from the refrigerator to our friends who also had had the same stuffing as us with their fridge.
We recommend this hotel for its central location, comfortable rooms and the beauty of its stained-glass windows that you will never tire of.
