He claims a prehispanic legacy, confronting unknown ingredients whose cooking is far from obvious. Très bon accueil et plein d'explications pour ce restaurant situé près du mercado de San Juan. On peut y goûter des plats d'insectes et de larves de l'ancienne cuisine aztèque.
